Stop me if you’ve heard this one before:
I was a prolific kid artist but went to business school instead of art school. Spent a lot of years as an executive recruiter only to decide that I wanted to draw silly pictures of bunnies, skeletons and old west sheriffs for the rest of my days. Now I’m a full time illustrator in the Children’s Book world and I’m represented by Moe Ferrara at BookEnds Literary (mferrara@bookendsliterary.com).
Married. 3 Kids. Never been Skydiving. Unnaturally fearful of snakes. The Goonies is the best movie ever made. Likes dark chocolate and guava kombucha.
A lot of my art is traditionally done—blood, sweat, tears (lots of tears), pencil, ink and watercolor.
